FieldTrips is a marketplace that connects parents with providers of children's programs including camps, classes, tutoring, and enrichment activities. We facilitate connections and transactions but are not a party to any agreement between parents and providers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Parent Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your children
• Review program details and provider credentials before booking
• Communicate relevant medical or special needs information to providers
• Comply with provider policies and program requirements

5. Provider Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and current program information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance and credentials
• Provide safe and appropriate programming for children
• Honor confirmed bookings and stated policies

6. Bookings and Payments

All bookings and payments are processed through our platform. Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual providers and displayed on program listings. FieldTrips charges a platform fee which is included in the displayed prices.

7. Reviews and Content

Users may post reviews and other content. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent our platform for transactions
• Interfere with the operation of our services

9. Limitation of Liability

FieldTrips is not liable for any disputes between parents and providers, or for the quality, safety, or legality of programs listed on the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of provider information or credentials.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FieldTrips and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
